Inline housing for hygienic processes | 08-12-2025

The new AWH inline housing is now available and expands the AWH product portfolio for hygienic process applications in the food, cosmetics, and pharmaceutical industries.

The housing serves as the basis for connecting a wide variety of devices, valves, and measuring instruments. Thanks to the universal F and N process connections, the inline housing can be flexibly and easily integrated into existing systems. Installation is possible both vertically and horizontally. The design is CIP- and SIP-compatible and enables residue-free cleaning.

Advantages for the user:

  • Compatible with common measuring instruments, valves, and sensors
  • Weld ends acc. to DIN EN 10357/DIN 11866
  • Product-contacting parts made of stainless steel 1.4404/316L, surface roughness Ra ≤ 0.8 μm
  • Various designs: standard with clamp; optional with blind plate, sight glass, LED sight glass, or sampling valve
  • Operating pressure up to 16 bar, operating temperature up to 95°C (briefly up to 140°C for CIP/SIP)
  • Delivered in individual parts for easy installation and maintenance

The inline housing is welded directly into the pipeline and enables the hygienic connection of instruments or visual inspections. Depending on the version, it can be equipped with additional components such as a sight glass or sampling valve.
