Neue Außendienstmitarbeiter für Italien und Irland
AWH verstärkt sein internationales Vertriebsteam und setzt damit den Wachstumskurs in wichtigen europäischen Märkten konsequent fort. Mit Herrn Dario Buccetti (Mitte) als neuem Vertriebsmitarbeiter für Italien und Herrn Ramón Guerrero (links) als erstem Außendienstmitarbeiter für unsere neu gegründete Repräsentanz in Irland gewinnen wir zwei erfahrene Kollegen, die künftig unsere Kunden und Interessenten vor Ort betreuen werden.
Beide bringen fundiertes technisches Fachwissen sowie langjährige Vertriebserfahrung mit und stehen unseren Partnern künftig als direkte Ansprechpartner zur Verfügung. Während Dario Buccetti den italienischen Markt mit seiner ausgeprägten Kundenorientierung und Marktkenntnis betreuen wird, übernimmt Ramón Guerrero den Aufbau und die Betreuung des irischen Marktes – ein für AWH neuer, aber strategisch wichtiger Standort mit hohem Potenzial im Bereich Lebensmittel- und Pharmaproduktion.
Zur Einarbeitung wurden beide neuen Kollegen in unserem Stammsitz Hötensleben umfassend geschult. Begleitet durch unseren Key Account Manager Export, Herrn Robert Rosin (rechts), erhielten sie einen detaillierten Einblick in unsere Fertigungsprozesse, die Logistik sowie unser Qualitätsmanagementsystem. Auch ein Rundgang durch den AWH Logistikpark und die Verwaltungsbereiche war Teil des Programms.
Mit dieser personellen Erweiterung stärkt AWH nicht nur die Nähe zum Kunden, sondern auch die internationale Präsenz in zwei wachstumsstarken Regionen. Der direkte persönliche Kontakt und die technische Beratung vor Ort sind zentrale Bausteine unserer Vertriebsstrategie – und ein klares Signal für unser langfristiges Engagement in Europa.
