The VPureMix® Low Shear magnetic agitators have been specially designed for requirement profiles where the highest level of safety and sterility is required. The hygienic design ensures optimum protection against contamination.
This mixer technology guarantees maximum product safety, as the magnetic coupling eliminates the risks of a conventional shaft feed-through. This means that leaks and contamination can be anticipated in the long term.
The system also allows contactless real-time monitoring of the speed and direction of rotation of the mixing head. The optional magnetic field sensor is responsible for this. This makes a significant contribution to increasing process reliability.
