The hygienic and pneumatic Compact Air sampling valve is an automatic sampling valve with additional manual actuation. It is based on the hygienic AWH sampling valve with manual operation. The valve has a DIN 32676 standardized clamp connection. It is also compatible with the AWH Connect tank connection flange system. The optional equipment with an optional flushing connection is also possible. This means that connection to an automated CIP/SIP system is also possible. Furthermore, AWH samplers can be customized to your requirements. |

With this version of an AWH sampling valve, product samples can be taken safely in two different ways. On the one hand, it is possible to obtain samples via a typical sampling tube. On the other hand, use can also be made of a cannula / syringe. In this system, a cannula is driven through a special membrane. The sample can then be taken using a syringe or a tube. The membrane can be punctured multiple times and can therefore be used several times. It closes automatically when the cannula is removed. This keeps external contamination to a minimum.

The AWH ECO version of the sampling valve is an inexpensive way to get started. It ensures optimum product sampling of liquids from tanks and pipes in the food and beverage industry. The ECO version is available in both screw-in and weld-on versions. The valve is sealed with PTFE plugs. |
