The international AWH Sales Meeting took place from June 9 to 11, 2026, at the Avalon Hotelpark Königshof in Königslutter. As hosts, we welcomed sales colleagues from our sister companies NEUMO GmbH & Co. KG, NEUMO Polen, NEUMO Vietnam, NEUMO Türkei, NEUMO VDM (South Africa), NEUMO Spanien, Gebrüder RIEGER GmbH & Co. KG, Damstahl and EGMO from all over the world.
This international mix provided a broad picture of market requirements in the food, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries.
The purpose of the meeting was to share information about new products and innovations, discuss current market and regulatory issues, and jointly develop forward-looking sales strategies. The direct exchange between company locations and regions played a key role in identifying opportunities in existing and new markets and jointly devising measures to further strengthen our market presence.

The goal is to align sales activities even more closely with the needs of users in the food, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries and to communicate complex technical solutions in a clear and compelling manner.
In-depth exchange of experiences, networking, and team building
In addition to the technical content, the sales meeting provided ample opportunity for personal interaction.
Networking among AWH, NEUMO, RIEGER, and EGMO proved particularly valuable for better leveraging synergies and further refining our joint service offering for international customers.
The technical portion was complemented by group dinners and an evening event. These program elements contributed significantly to team building and strengthened mutual trust across location and company boundaries.
In an informal atmosphere, existing contacts were deepened and new connections were forged—an important foundation for successful future collaboration in international sales.
