Armaturenwerk Hötensleben GmbH has once again been recognized in the latest EcoVadis Sustainability Rating and has been awarded the Silver Medal. With an overall score of 74 out of 100, AWH ranks among the top 15% of all companies evaluated by EcoVadis.
EcoVadis evaluates companies’ sustainability performance across four key categories:
1. Environment
2. Labor and Human Rights
3. Ethics
4. Sustainable Procurement
AWH scored highly in all areas, with particularly high ratings in Ethics (80/100) and Environment (77/100).
Strong Performance in Environmental Management
With a score of 77 out of 100, AWH has achieved an above-average result in environmental management.
This is based on clearly defined environmental guidelines, clearly assigned responsibilities, and systematic management of energy, resources, emissions, and waste throughout the entire value chain.
Of particular note is our ISO 50001 certification in energy management. This standard confirms that AWH not only tracks energy consumption but also systematically analyzes, optimizes, and continuously improves it.
