AWH Connect 11864

In hygienically sensitive industries such as the food and pharmaceutical industry, safe, reliable and hygienic connections are of the utmost importance. However, improper compression of conventional flanged connections can lead to leaks, complicated cleaning processes and increased maintenance costs. These challenges are particularly present in tank connections and pipelines.

Our solution: The AWH Connect 11864 block flange

At AWH, we recognized these challenges and developed the AWHConnect 11864 blockflange, specifically designed for these critical applications.

The advantages of the AWH Connect 11864 block flange:

  • Avoidance of improper pressing: The integrated O-ring ensures that faulty pressing is excluded and the seal does not come into contact with the product.
  • Hygienic design: The innovative design minimizes dead spaces and thus facilitates cleaning, thus avoiding hygiene-critical swirls inside the container or tube.
  • Easy handling: The block flange allows quick and tool-free assembly and disassembly, which significantly reduces maintenance effort.
  • Longevity: Made of high-quality stainless steel, the AWH Connect 11864 block flange offers maximum durability and a long service life

These features make the AWH Connect 11864 block flange the ideal solution for your connection and hygiene needs.

New sales representatives for Italy and Ireland

AWH is strengthening its international sales team and continuing its growth course in key European markets. With Mr. Dario Buccetti (middle) as the new sales representative for Italy and Mr. Ramón Guerrero (left) as the first sales representative for our newly established representative office in Ireland, we are gaining two experienced colleagues who will support our customers and interested parties locally in the future.

Both have sound technical expertise and many years of sales experience and will be available to our partners as direct contacts in future. While Dario Buccetti will support the Italian market with his strong customer orientation and market knowledge, Ramón Guerrero will take over the development and support of the Irish market - a new but strategically important location for AWH with high potential in the food and pharmaceutical production sector.

Both new colleagues received comprehensive training at our headquarters in Hötensleben. Accompanied by our Key Account Manager Export, Mr. Robert Rosin (right), they were given a detailed insight into our production processes, logistics and our quality management system. A tour of the AWH logistics park and the administrative areas was also part of the program.

With this expansion in personnel, AWH is not only strengthening its proximity to customers, but also its international presence in two fast-growing regions. Direct personal contact and technical advice on site are key components of our sales strategy - and a clear signal of our long-term commitment in Europe.

We warmly welcome Dario and Ramón to the AWH team and look forward to a successful collaboration.
