New: Machine feet with load cell / bracket | 05-08-2026

The new machine feet with load cells combine stable machine mounting with high - precision weight measurement. The load cell is integrated directly into the foot, enabling weights to be measured where they occur - for example, on containers, skids, or process lines. This often eliminates the need for separate scales or external weighing stations, shortens installation distances, and makes processes more transparent.

Models
The machine feet with integrated load cells are based on the proven AWH stainless steel machine feet. They are available in various foot diameters, thread sizes, and load ranges, allowing them to be flexibly integrated into different plant designs - from compact units to larger container and process plants.

Your benefits – machine feet with load cells

  • Weight measurement directly on the machine: no separate scales or additional installation space required.
  • High measurement accuracy and reproducibility for level control, dosing, and recipe control.
  • Reduced installation effort, as the support element and weighing component are combined in a single unit.
  • Fewer cables and interfaces, and thus fewer potential sources of error compared to traditional weighing systems.
  • Continuous process monitoring and easy integration into automation and control systems.

Machine feet with a flange for floor anchoring

The new machine feet with a flange were specifically designed for applications requiring a permanently secure connection to the floor. An additional flange with a drill hole is attached to the lower part of the foot, allowing the machine foot - and thus also equipment, tanks, or units - to be securely anchored to the floor. This ensures that the system remains reliably in position even under dynamic loads.

Versions
The machine feet with flange are made of stainless steel, and their geometry is based on standard AWH machine foot dimensions. They are available in various foot diameters, thread sizes, and heights and can be integrated into both new and existing system designs.

Your benefits – machine feet with flange

  • Secure, form-fit anchoring in the floor for maximum system stability.
  • Prevents the machine from slipping during vibrations, start-up and braking processes, or under asymmetrical loads.
  • Increased operational safety, particularly in safety-critical areas or with heavy loads.
  • Longer system service life, as misalignment and the resulting wear are reduced.
  • Planning reliability for system integrators, as the machine position remains permanently defined.

Proven Product Portfolio

In addition to the new models featuring load cells and mounting brackets, standard machine feet and hygienic machine feet with 3-A certification in accordance with 88-01 are still available. They cover a wide range of applications in the food, beverage, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries - from traditional machine setups to hygienically sensitive processes.
