Tank cleaning device TANKO® R64T
The tank cleaning device rotates on a vertical axis. Using two TANKO® S30 or TANKO® RB30, even hard-to-reach areas can be cleaned optimally and without leaving any residue.

Weld-on nipple TANKO® AN
The TANKO® AN weld-on adapter is ideal for optimizing the cleaning of weld-on nipples and downpipes. The clean orbital weld seam makes all the difference here. The gap between the thread and the cleaning device is arranged horizontally. All cleaning agents flow safely over the edge. Even the formation of tiny droplets can be avoided. Various versions of pipe diameters and cleaning devices are compatible with TANKO® AN. The weld-on adapter is also available for different downpipe geometries (installation dimensions).

CIP Guard
AWH also offers a sensor for monitoring with the CIP Guard. The sensor checks the function of slowly rotating 360° jet cleaners. It transfers the data in real time to stationary and mobile end devices.
CIP Guard enables the rotation to be displayed in real time. This makes it possible to react quickly if the process shows irregularities.

TANKO® ORS
The optical rotation sensor TANKO® ORS is used for non-contact monitoring of the rotational movement of surge cleaners in process plants.
The sensor is mounted on the top of the tank, near the inlet of the surge cleaner, using a sight glass, and is integrated into the existing PLC control system. The sensor reliably detects whether rotation is occurring, whether there is a malfunction, or whether the cleaner is at a standstill.
